Kordane Systems ("we," "us") is a full-stack development consultancy based in Queens, New York. This policy explains what information we collect through kordanesystems.org and how we use it.

When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, company/project name, service interest, and message you provide. We don't use cookies or analytics tracking on this site at this time; if that changes, this policy will be updated and a cookie notice will be added.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, other than the service providers that deliver the email to us (currently Resend) and the hosting provider that runs this site (currently Vercel).
Data retention
We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of client communication, and delete them on request.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a copy of it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing the address below.
